  • Society for Technical Communication Website Redesign
    Conducted interviews, remote usability tests, and persona development to uncover navigation and labeling issues. Designed wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to improve navigation, hierarchy, and content organization. Delivered research-driven recommendations (streamlined homepage, clearer labeling, intuitive navigation) that improved usability and accessibility.


  • Department of Homeland Security REAL ID Usability Study
    Led heuristic evaluation and usability testing with participants aged 40–65, assessing navigation, content clarity, and task success rates. Identified critical issues (inconsistent navigation, unclear language, buried tools) and delivered five actionable recommendations to improve accessibility and comprehension.


  • Skelton Primo Interface Usability Study (Mercer University, School of Medicine)
    Conducted mixed-method usability study using pre/post-test questionnaires, task-based usability testing, and think-aloud protocols. Uncovered labeling barriers that led to user abandonment; recommended redesigns (icon labeling, improved tab readability, onboarding support) that improved adoption.
