I’m Jeremiah — a user advocate.

I’m a UX Researcher who helps teams design products that work for everyone—not just the users who are easiest to design for. My work centers on identifying where real people get stuck: unclear language, inaccessible workflows, missing guidance, or design decisions that assume too much from users with limited digital literacy, aging-related challenges, or language barriers.

I specialize in mixed-methods usability research, workflow analysis, and cross-stakeholder communication to reveal hidden friction points—and translate them into clear, actionable improvements that drive adoption, reduce errors, and increase user confidence.

My path into UX started with communication studies, where I learned how easily information can empower or overwhelm. Over time, that curiosity turned into a research philosophy:

Good design is clear, humane, and equitable—and the role of research is to bridge empathy with strategy.

Across higher education, government, and nonprofit projects, I’ve seen how small changes make a big impact: clearer labels that reduce task time, simplified instructions that improve comprehension, navigation fixes that help users complete workflows independently. These outcomes fuel my work.

What I bring to teams:

  • Clarifying complexity — turning messy insights into structured, decision-ready recommendations

  • Championing equity — ensuring underserved or overlooked users are included in research and design

  • Improving usability at scale — through testing, heuristic reviews, surveys, and analytics

  • Communicating with clarity — aligning designers, developers, and stakeholders around what users actually need

The goal is always the same: create experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and built with real people in mind.

Designing with empathy.
Researching for equity.
Creating clarity for every user.

My inspirations and interests

When I’m not working, you can usually find me at the bowling alley competing in leagues around Atlanta. It’s one of my favorite ways to unwind and challenge myself. I’m also growing my skills as a DJ and photographer, exploring how music and visuals can tell stories in unique ways. On quieter days, I love diving into video games or experimenting with music production, finding new sounds and learning as I go. Creativity and connection drive everything I do, whether it’s through striking a perfect game or mixing the perfect beat. Finally, I love to travel as I love to experience new places and cultures.
